I was a full-time Technical Support Specialist and an Online Universalist in SPi Global for 2 years. When I was in SPi Global, I worked under PLDT account. My tasks were answering inbound and outbound calls, answering emails, and managing social media accounts. Before I had my full-time job in SPi Global, when I was in college I worked as a part-time Copywriter in Polyvore, an e-Commerce site located in California. My task was to creatively write product descriptions about puppets to entice potential buyers. I was also a part-time Virtual Assistant in eBay of two Australian accounts. My tasks were searching for profitable products and listing products. Moreover, aside from doing administrative and customer management tasks, I also have skills in Graphic designing using Adobe Photoshop and photo editing using Adobe Lightroom. As the matter of fact, my hobby is photography that's why I am also 'in' to designing. I would love to show case my talent and skills with you.
