I have a broad background in Bioinformatics and genomics, mainly in the analysis of genomic elements and configurations. I have training and experience in human genome analysis, through development of projects and publications around the study of regulatory elements, noncoding sequences, and mainly the role of repetitive elements for gene expression. About Bioinformatics, I have the expertise to develop pathlines for omics in general, I have worked on the analysis of genomes, exomes, transcriptomes, metagenomes, meta-transcriptomes, methylomes, among others. I have a good knowledge of cell and genome function, which allows me the development of own Bioinformatics methods for the exploration of omics data with a biological sense.
