Test medium, nitrogen gas. Compile test pack file includes flange management, bolt torque, testing procedure, method statement and other relevant documents to carry out pneumatic testing. Arrange all necessary equipment and components to carry out pneumatic test. Expedite and assist QA/QC team for Welding control summary (WCS) to be completed and approved by the client and third-party inspector. Perform line check and make sure all piping and components are installed correctly for the completed piping system. I also have strong knowledge in AutoCAD Plant 3D, SP3D, PDMS, CadWorx Plant Professional, CadWorx Isogen, CadWorx Equipment, Navisworks Manager, Caeser II and Microsoft Office applications. I’m also with beginner skills in STAAD Pro, Autodesk Inventor, Macromedia Flash and Visual Basic.
