I am an Undergraduate pursuing BBA focused in HRM. I’m passionate about operating and managing the work and contributing all my skills for the organization. I have had experience as an HR, General Manager and Operations, I want to contribute my effort towards the organisation to bring the best out of me where I can improve my skills vastly. As of this role, I have had experience of creating Job Descriptions for various roles in my BYJUs internship where I had to analyse the job roles and responsibilities by communicating with all the department team leads, heads and supervisors and documentation of the data and information collected.
