I have been working with Ruby On Rails for 4 years doing differents applications. I've worked on freelance proyects and as a employee. For managing background processes I usually use Sidekiq and Resque, and for front-end, JS, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3. I have experience using differents databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB. I don't have problems with SQL language. I have done a lot of implementations on Heroku and VPS with capistrano.
