As a Grants Manager, I provide financial management for a diverse sponsor portfolio of federal, foundation, and industry grants, agreements and clinical trials, including some complicated sponsored projects and projects with multiple subcontracts. I work directly with Principal Investigators, Sponsored Projects offices, sponsors, study coordinators, and other internal and external entities. I provide onboarding support and training for new and existing employees and create tools, templates, and presentations to assist with various grants management processes on a departmental level. I work independently and cooperatively, show attention to detail, and demonstrate strong organizational, data management, and interpersonal skills. I'm proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Database Software, Endnote, and several Web-based Accounting Platforms.
