Project Development Life Cycle 1. Understanding • Gain insight of the client through various information materials and write up. • Interactive session for thoroughly understanding the company and job requirements. 2. Studying: • Studying the inputs for clarity. 3. Conceptualizing: • Brainstorming and group discussion for conceptualizing the best solution and presentation style. 4. Solution offering: • Presenting the concept the most attractive and succinct way, a pre-storyboard format to confirm clarity of understanding. 5. Modifying: • With client’s feedback, modifying the storyboard and submission of final storyboard. 6. Implementing: • Implementing the storyboard and development of project. 7. Developing: • Applying the storyboard in developing zero-error, elegant output 8. Quality Auditing: • Quality Audit of the entire project, doing corrections, if any. 9.
