• Supervising the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users; • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives; • Perform all tasks necessary to fulfill service level agreements regarding Exchange-based messaging and collaboration availability and security; including those involving user accounts, shared folders/calendars, mailing lists, and Outlook Web Access; • Pro-actively monitor logs, Directory Synchronization and SMTP, verifying that critical services are running and completes connectivity tests; • Ensure a reliable and secure email environment; • Manage and Active Directory Directory Services; • Structuring enterprise wide GPO polices hierarchy; • Ensuring a reliable backup and recovery strategy; • Develop procedures to maintain security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user abuse; • Maintenance and administration of internal network; • User access control to network resources and data security backup; • Service and repair of physical LAN infrastructure (cabling); • Perimeter Firewall setup and maintenance; • Active Directory maintenance, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File server etc; • Organization of the maintenance and support of all network equipment including: servers, workstations and computer peripherals (printers, hubs, modems, switches) routers and other hardware involved in the network configuration; • Address Help Desk calls (software and hardware maintenance) ; • Antivirus software maintenance; • Installing and Configuring POS Systems, Thermal Printers and other equipments for Restaurants.
