BHUVANESWARAN SHANMUGAM ________________________________________ I’m Bhuvaneswaran over 8 years of IT experience spanning across domains like ERP, Retail, Construction and Real Estate, Insurance. I have worked several projects in technologies like Visual Basic, .Net, SQL Server and Crystal Report. Given below is a brief summary of my profile.  My IT career - I started my career in 2005 with RVMatrix Software Technologies.  Strong multi Industry domain experience in o ERP – with expertise in ERP developed projects for clients Classic Moulds and Dies, Works Study Hydrolics, etc. o Retail/POS – Developed a product which suits for most Retail Industries. o Construction And Real Estate – Worked in associating with Sage Software in developing Sage Timberline. o Insurance – Wealth Management in Bancassurance platform  8 years of experience working at different projects with expertise in planning, designing and development activities.  Innovation – Developed a tool to automate the code generation. That leads to productivity increase and reduces the common human errors in the codes.  Demonstrated analytical and technical abilities with advanced problem solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.  It is ultimately my responsibility that all of the developers in my team are adhering to the software quality standards agreed by my project so that work is done to the highest possible quality.  To show the developers on my team better ways of doing things and help them improve their skills so that we all become better at our jobs.  To act as example to all the developers on my team by being the person who most closely follows the principles and practices.  Versatile in technologies having handled several initiatives across technologies like .Net, SQL and Visual Basic, Crystal Report. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bharathidasan University and Master of Science in Computer from Annamalai University. I am a technology enthusiast and my hobbies include reading books.
