Blue_Skyes worked quickly and the code was sound. However, I found he could be rather impatient and lost site that I was the customer who was paying him money. I had unexpected major technical issues on my end (firewall and server death that required complete rebuild and replacement) that delayed me in providing all requirements to blue sky in a timely manner. Instead of waiting for me to resolve these issues and catch up on my work, he forced the job into arbitration which solved nothing. While in arbitration the arbitrator had to force him to update the code to run on the server and application version that he had earlier requested of me. He felt this was a "bonus" to me and he could now take it away in retaliation towards me. He did however do the work to the correct version when the arbitrator indicated she would rule against him if he would not. In the end, I resolved all my technical issues and hired an outside tech to assist with the testing. Towards the end Blue sky had a much improved attitude and did a much better job treating me as a customer and completed the job without complaint. Right before completion he even offered to help troubleshoot a problem that turned out to be an error on my techs part. In conclusion, I had a mixed experience that ended on a positive note.
