I've always marvelled at the mind & body connection, and how resilient we humans are when given the right tools to manage imbalances in our thought process... I've seen domestic violence as a child, I know the anxious thoughts of being told: "You have cancer"...And I know the batte of dealing with severe stress.. In Austria, during 2006-2012, I coached 10-16 year olds in life skilIs.... I recently qualified as a certified CBT practioner/Life Coach & presently studying for an Advanced Diploma, level 7, in Counselling & Psychology. In 2018, I published a book on Amazon entitiled."Be Inspired by Someone"...Its a collection of inspiring stories from around the world of the struggles people have with mental illness & includes tips on dealing with stress & anxiety. For 12 years, I taught Business and Intercultural English to Corporate clients in Austria. And gave after school English lessons to children aged 5-16 years old..(with young children this was done through play).
