I am Nick Bordeau. I live in the United states and have two passions, SEO and E-Commerce. I try to keep up with both but as you can imagine this is a very life consuming task. I love staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and read as much about it as time will allow. My favorite place to hang out is in the SEOmoz community, mainly because Rand Fishkin has always been one of my inspirations and it is one of the few places where spam is virtually non-existant. When I am not studying SEO, I am tinkering with e-commerce websites. My favorite platform is Magento because of the flexibility of the platform and its excellent out of the box marketing configuration. I joined Freelancer for more then the money. What really makes all my efforts worthwhile is the smile and thanks that I get when I successfully help a client not only get to page one on the SERPs, but learn that SEO is more then just about spammy link practices and how to make backlinks virtually build themselves. I love meeting aspiring entrepreneurs and really try to help as many as I possibly can because I wouldn't be here today unless I had the help and support from my fellow peers when I was starting out.
