Janna was tasked to write 50 consumer healthcare articles and I am very pleased with the output she delivered. she has a writing style that is easy on the reader and she took extra care to explain medical terms in easy to understand language. I set up a tracking process to monitor progress and she followed instructions meticulously. she approaches the work with sincerity and strives to put in her best effort to meet the customer requirement. Although I had specified the article length to be around 500-600 words, she most often delivered more and not less. I can see that she has taken the effort to research her work before putting it in words. Overall good work.

This freelancer left the project hanging. She said she won't write for us anymore after receiving payment for the first task. Now we have to reschedule everything because of her.If you are a busy employer, then I won't recommend her as she can always leave the task behind. Wasted my time but maybe she can work for others if the project deadline is not strict. Her quality is okay but not that exceptional as we had to do a lot of rewriting on some of her articles. She is not very reliable.
