Please see below of my responsibilities as a Project Manager. o Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions o Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. o Creates project status and deliver status updates o Disseminate all task to web development team - designers and developers o Manages the team in day-to-day task o Plan the work to be done and assign it. o Give feedback about the project to the designers & developers I also outsource people if the client asks.
