Studied as a mechanical engineer (graduate level), developed mathematical models and supervisory automation systems. Progressed to telecommunications engineering (post-graduate level) and worked on modelling of mobile phone systems. Moved from there into service delivery (installations and training) for payphone and credit management systems. Most recently managed support, training and documentation needs for a producer of high tech scientific software and moved into quality management then project management (software development)introducing rigorous industry standard practices to enhance predictability of our development processes. Developed a suite of project management software tools in .NET C# in support of those efforts interfacing with Microsoft Office, Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio.
