• To develop full-scale business plans and associated communications documents. • Business analysis of the customer, presenting it to the higher management and to technical team. • Responsible of formulating the entire marketing strategy (marketing plans, Promotional strategy etc.) for three verticals • Leading and coordinating ground sales team. • Meeting new prospective customers and maintain relations with the existing ones. • Monitoring current projects and following up for the new projects. • To plan and schedule business timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Formulating the In-depth Business plans ( including the market segmentation and targeting) • Making monthly MIS report and reporting it to the Senior VP (marketing) • To develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for customers. • Responsible for marketing communication. • Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions/advertising. • To determine the frequency and content of status reports from the business team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. • Replying to RFI’s, RFQ’s and preparing RFP’s. • Preparation of database of prospective customers and generating leads through mails, cold calling etc. • To develop best practices and tools for business execution and management.
