Appointments Booking System
Varndean College in Brighton required an online system for their parents evenings rather than having to rely on a paper based one. The appointments are in time slots of 6 minutes each, and run from 5:30pm to 8pm. The system provided allowed the administrator to upload user details, set the date of the parents evening and clear all booked appointments and user details for when the system had finished being used. Students could view any teachers availability and book one appointment with them, view and cancel appointments that they already had and Teachers could select what appointments they were available for, view and cancel appointments that they had, and search for a student and book an appointment for that student with themselves.
