Was promised the project in 2 weeks and I offered a bonus payment to cover their Freelancer costs if it was done in the 2 weeks. They were very uncommunicative an difficult to find out any status from. After 4 weeks, we had a phone conversation to work out questions. At the end of the phone call they promised to send me their code so I could help get the project done and offered to pay the milestone payment if it was near a first delivery. They claimed to be 75% done. The next day they quit.
