My current role has a number of different parts to it. My initial role is to ensure that data between our current CMS system and external websites that our clients use are kept up to date and there are no data mis-matches. Another part of my role is creating new user interfaces with our CMS database to allow the users to see what they need to see in a usable way,. including a reporting suite for the management team. Whilst currently working at Deutsch I was tasked with creating a database to log all enquires and also provides pricing with real time currency fluctuations. As a Team manager with EDF Energy I was involved in creating systems and templates for reporting statistics regarding work completed. This also included the design of new ways to allocate the work to be completed. This involved using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel to create databases and control sheets which the team managers used to issue the work effectively.
