Currently, I am excited to be working as the Chief Data Officer with the industry changing, disruptive, very exciting start-up: Finders Force a HR SaaS Platform in the Traffic Management industry. I have a proven track record as a trusted Business Transformation Consultant and Business Architect with global firms like IBM, helping with their Financial clients like Nationwide, Barclays and Commonwealth Bank of Australia delivering on multi-million dollar strategic and digital transformation projects. Often, I work as the intellectual switchboard, translating business management problems to IT, and complex IT designs to management. I provided that wider thinking that ensures that designs are fit for purpose and meet strategic aims, identifying issues at early stages of projects and programs as well as being brought into trouble-shoot at key stages of projects too. Being a Business Architect, solving business problems by eliciting facts, identifying problem areas, advocating for key features to various stakeholders and recommending a tangible solution is what makes me someone who can see the future in present. This is my passion which pushes me into transforming the unknown to the known.
