Insults fly, but how much truth is there to their claims? If you look at Mac's new Mac OS X Mountain Lion, you can enjoy many features that are typically only seen on today's smartphones. Most of your "programs" are now called "apps," and more than one can be run at a time from your home screen. Windows 8 has also jumped onto the "app" band wagon, but supplements that with offering new touchscreen functionality on laptops. Interestingly, touchscreens are a feature that Apple has yet to make available on their laptop devices. The Mac and PC battle will rage on for years to come.
