What I expect from you: Provide me with everything you can that will allow me to produce your project in a timely manner. Including all files. You may decide to tweak the direction we are moving in throughout the duration of the project, this is OK. My goal is to provide you with exactly what you are imagining. If you have no idea what you want the end product to be, I would love to surprise you with something amazing. Please be clear in your direction of the project. What you can expect from me: I will complete the project in a timely manner under the terms agreed upon to the best of my ability. Don't be scared of an hourly rate: In most cases I charge an hourly rate, the reason for this is that I have done projects in the past where the client has said "I need a simple design"... As it turned out the client did not in fact want a simple design at all. Round after round of changes I ended up putting in enough time to get paid $2 per hour. It is not possible to live off $2 an hour in this city and most cities in North America. That being said, it is in my best interest to provide you with an end product that you are absolutely pleased with in a timely manner so that you will endorse me and return to me for further business.
