After starting out as a frustrated designer, I discovered that my real strengths lie in the gray area between strategy, innovation and management. It’s an odd combo: I’m an extroverted techie; a forward-thinking people-person; a socially evolved geek. What does that mean for the companies I work for? I build teams. I grow leaders.
