I am Cosmin, a young high-school graduate, looking to improve my skills, most of them in the IT area. I have always been passionate about computers and digital media. I love working in areas like photography, word processing and text formatting. Currently I am employed in an outsourcing company, working as a customer service representative for an US company. Helping people solve their Internet connection and e-mail issues, over the phone, being a customer oriented job. I also have lots of spare time which can be used to help other people who need skills like mine, so this is why I am on Freelancer.
