I’m Riza, former colleagues and friends know me as Mommy Riza, and I have five (5) years experience in Customer Service, having both worked in a call center for two (2) years, and in my own business as a Virtual Assistant for three (3) years. My work in the call center was of a highly technical nature and both my work in the call center and my Virtual Assistant work were conducted completely in English.
