LOGLINE An inner-city rap prodigy and a beautiful intellectual suburbanite share a love, dream, and destiny that parallels the evolution of Hip Hop, until one succumbs to seduction and greed, putting dreams and lives in peril. SYNOPSIS Both born at the same time as Hip Hop, Malik, a gifted lyricist and son of an abandoned talent jazz musician, hailing from the projects of Harlem and Nia, a beautiful, smart, suburban transplant, daughter of a mother addicted to perfection, connect in a lively inner city high school. Following Malik’s and Nia's intellectual high standards of what makes great Hip Hop, a close-knit Crew forms. Success imminent, Malik, "the realest rapper," succumbs to a nefarious master plan of seduction and greed involving rival rapper Money Mike’s video-vixen girlfriend. Betraying Nia and selling out the Crew, Malik and Nia take different paths. In a twist of fate, Malik needs Nia to resuscitate his love, passion, and career. Will she?
