Akbar not only did what we asked for, but also provided valuable ideas (especially concerning a readable description of the clips, which was implemented in a 'Chapters' menu). There were two small downsides though: * The advertised delay (2 days) was much smaller than the real delay * Prior to the last (working) version, we were given one version with sound problems and one version with menu problems. It would have been nice if those quality check had been done by the provider. Regardless of this, we are overall pleased with this provider and would work with him again should we have a similar problem.”
