I'm a buyer but I have experience with programming languages like PHP. My knowledege about HTML and CSS is very good. I will always achieve the current standads from W3C. I also hope this from my suppliers. Suppliers is the wrong word for me. I search partners and will make a fair business. So it is important to give you the right informations in beginning of the project to my partner. That is often not seasy and a lot of mistakes will done in the beginning of the projects. I also have knowledge about database architectur and I like the new frameworks with the philosophy MVC. I use for CMS Drupal and I know this CMS very well (ok - ist not MVC). So, lets work fair together.
