I regret to say that my experience with this virtual assistant has been disappointing. After initially showing promise, they became unresponsive and abandoned their responsibilities without any communication. This left me in a difficult position as I relied on their support for crucial tasks. I had hoped for a collaborative and professional relationship, but the lack of accountability and communication was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
