However I am a new Freelancer But I have well over 20 years experience in field of Computer Aded Design & Architectural Building design in many different projects such as Residential & Commercial Complexes , Educational, Recreational, Hotels & many other projects. Comprehensive knowledge in building technology and new constructions' methods associated to details, materials and qualities based on Canadian building codes and American national standards. Strong technical skills & high proficiencies in preparing design & working drawings including Civil, architectural & structural blue prints, Specifications, Scope of works & Tender Documents. Demonstrated expertise in computer assisted design software applications such as Auto CAD-2011, Architectural & Structural Revit-6.1, MicroStation V6, 3DMax and MS-Office. (Working with Auto Cad since 1983 Ver. 2.6) Prominent capability for programming and preparing software applications towards In-process & Prospective projects.
