I have three years of experience in Technical/Customer Support for Internet and Computer related issues; via Phone, Chat, Email and Forum. I am not just your average freelancer as I learn pretty fast, I am resourceful, highly analytic, flexible and would kill to learn more other things in pursuit to success in life. I was awarded as the Top Agent of the year 2010. Being at the top echelon of our company, I was given the role of being a Chat Specialist, level 2--where in we provide advance troubleshooting, callback commitments, escalations, floor-walks, mentoring, case study and ticket submissions. -I am an expert with Internet-related problems; such as slow speeds, intermittent connection, wireless problems, port-forwarding,VPN setting, wireless security, IP settings, DNS settings and more... -I am also an experienced Email support agent with regard to setting up email accounts via web mail or client mail (Outlook, Macmail, Windows mail, Thunderbird, Incredimail and etc.). -I have sufficient knowledge in fixing common PC/laptop issues, driver installation, home-networking, firewall problems and printer-sharing. -I also have a good grasp on some Microsoft Office software; such as Word, Excel and Power point. **So I can say that it's a plus if you have me on your team, because I can surely use my specialties if you have issues with your computer, Internet and emails.** Although English is not my native tongue, my grasp for it is certainly above average (written/verbal). I am an experienced article writer. I write my own blogs and I also specializes in making short creative splurges to the now defunct Build My Rank site. I had a very successful run with BMR providing high quality articles with a 98% approval rate. I am a Registered Nurse, but is currently pursuing my passion, to which I'm taking up Information Technology now in a very prestigious school in our country.
