I am Microsoft certified professional with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, customizing, upgrading and migrating SharePoint Portal Sites in medium to large server farm environment. Taking initiative in learning new technologies and had setup and migrate MS CRM 4.0 to MS CRM 2011 environment with zero downtime, intranet portal setup using Sharepoint, Dashboard created in SharePoint using Oracle Database, develop automated import and export system from CSV file to SQL database using SSIS services. I am now looking for a system architect position or any related role where extensive experience and expertise can be utilized. I am experienced in leading all stages of system development effort including requirement's definition, design, architecture, testing and support. I am an outstanding project and program leader, able to coordinate and direct all phases of project-based efforts while managing, motivating, and guiding teams.
