Online Provident Fund Accouting System
Major objectives of PF Accounting System is as follows. 1. Maintenance of PF accounts of employees of Railway Board, CRIS and employees are in Deputations. 2. Processing the PF balances immediately after passing the pay sheets of the employee for crediting the amount of their deduction in the individual PF ledger of employee through the system. 3. Checking and passing of PF withdrawals applications(Temporary & Final) for various reason through PF account system. 4. Transfer of PF ledger of employees to the accounting unit where they have been transferred. Obtain and adjust the PF ledger of employee who have arrived on transfer from the previous accounting unit. 5. Monthly & Annual reconciliation of PF balance of General Books. 6. Preparation of PF ledger and settlement for retired employee from railway service . 7. Calculation of Death Linked Insurance scheme (DLI) for employee who died during the service. 8. Calculating Yearly Interest of all employees who are in service.
