Procter & Gamble Western European Careers Website
I was the webmaster for the Procter & Gamble Western European Careers website (www.pgcareers.com) for 8 years, from 2003 – 2011. During this time the site won many European awards including being named the number 1 recruitment site in the UK and France (2010); placing 5th overall for Europe and coming ahead of the likes of Ernst & Young, KPMG, Shell, Accenture, BP, Siemens, BMW and Intel. The site was written in Classic ASP (using HTML, CSS and JavaScript for presentation and layout); accessing an SQL DB. All code was written specifically for the site and included a customized CMS (Content Management System). Homepage features included a dynamic events calendar, student profiles and bio's, active promotional areas as well as hosted video conferencing.
About Me
I have 18 years Web Development experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Web Technologies including ASP, ASP.NET, Windows Server and SQL Server. Further to that I also have experience with HTML, DHTML, CSS and XML and have been working extensively with DotNetNuke since 2009.
