Growing up, it has always been my fascination to work in an environment where I would be able to showcase my interpersonal skills. That's actually the main reason why I took up BS Psychology because I see it as an opportunity to gain a greater understanding of people. I enjoyed my stint in Recruitment Companies because it somehow molded me to become adaptable, creative, resourceful, positive and hardworking individual. My recruitment stint may be short but working in an RPO setting gave me the opportunity to grow and explore other options. Now I am not only knowledgeable about sourcing but I can also do administrative support to Hiring Leaders, recruitment data analytics and program coordination.
