Very Good Employees performance Incentive 4 times
This Incentive is given for Qualification VG at my company PT. Tigaraksa Satria Tbk. TThe qualification consist of 6 rate Unsatisfactory (< 1,4), Good Minus ( 1,4-2,4), Good (2,4-3,0) , Good + (3,0-3,4) , Very Good (3,4-4,4) and outstanding (>4,4). The qualification is based on 6 month performance of Output, work process and input. So I have been 4 times get the very good qualification which only 5% of employees at whole company branch.

Than I Have experience as Consumer Goods Distribution Supervisor for Danone Group Products. In addition, I have a good English language ability both verbal and written (Certificated).
