Commodity Futures- Entry, Exit, Stop Loss, Take Profit
The Commodity Trading Call Sheet is prepared on a Daily basis and sent to the clients well before the Commodity Markets (CBOT, NYBOT, COMEX and NYMEX) opens. The Call Sheet prepared using MS Excel is divided into 2 parts. 1. The pre open prices or the current market price of the commodity obtained from the CNBC website using data from the European Markets. 2. The Second part contains the strategy of the day and long/short calls with entry price, stop-loss and take profit levels. The Commodity Call sheet is prepared on the basis of technical and fundamental analysis. Technical Analysis is done using Meta stock software evaluating SMA, Price action, volume, COT, RSI, ADX and several other indicators. Fundamental analysis is done to understand the crop yield, mining data, supply-demand fluctuations, seasonal /weather changes and the macroeconomic environment. Based on the results of these analyses Long/Short calls are generated.
