I currently work with Kapchebet Tea Factory as an Assistant Factory Engineer overseeing both Mechanical and Electrical Departments. My core responsibilities are to ensure maximum machine availability by carrying out planned and breakdown maintenance and inventory control of spares. I as do Continuous Energy Audits and projects design and implementation to increase overall efficiency in Production Machinery vis-a-vis quality inspections on made tea.
