Project for FlashForBolivia • $80 USD

This provider placed a bid at $80, and upon start he claimed he had to calculate things and told me it wasn't $80 but rather $1920 and he wanted 50% in advance although I was clear, explaining there would not be any payment in advance what so ever. Now that was a very sick way to trap people. I cannot recommend such behavior and cannot accept the explanation that there was one person placing the bid and another (he who gave me the calculation) who would do the job.
