I am an independent contractor with BMD Enterprise LLC. Projects to be discussed will be though me. Not a 3rd party contractor. *I do not charge for Project consultation. Bidding/Price discussion will be completed with a project/product contract in which I will Email an invoice of description and final pricing for the project/product. *Each project/product will have a separate invoice. Client needs to forward that Invoice back to me with his/her electronic signature (typed out name or signature stamp) before I begin to work; accepting the price and date to be completed. During the initial work time, I will be sending client(s) updates of the project(s) if it is exceeding 2 hours of total work time.
