Pros: The pitch was delivered with good designs and maintained the same theme of our product. Cons: Me and my partner expected a faster delivery of the document as per the agreed timeline. Unfortunately it took him longer than the agreed timeline. Also when we have requsted a modification it took even longer. There was no much communication to understand client requirements clealry. We have expected more back and forth from Maybe to properly understand our requirements.
