Production planing in Excel
Attached picture presents production planning which I made and was using in my previous job. Workbook imports data and presents demand for about 500 products. Cumulates it regarding possiblity of production in one batch.\n\nPicture shows the final result: product marked in red means that you are already in backorder, in orange means that you have to produce it now (this week). When there is no color means that there is enough stock to cover demands (at least) for current week.

I've got experience in using excel for sophisticated application. My advantage is that I built lot of usefull workbooks and use them later. Regarding that I understand programmer and customer point of view. In my Excel portofio I have got several work done in different fields: - production -> workbook for planning over 500 products on four production lines - financial -> workbook which download history of shares prices and analyzes is according to pre-defined algorithm. Final result is signal: buy / sell / wait. - logistic -> analysing of warehouse articles - quantities, status: obsolete, available for rework, etc. - data bases, analitical workbooks, any many other.
