I have experiments when working on many projects for customers on many business fields: - Purchasing: basic procedure in purchasing from making purchase order, purchase invoice and receiving product. - Sale: strong experiment in sale both retail and wholesale, sale price policy, promotion policy, gift vouchers, prepaid cards, loyalty policy, etc. - Warehousing: strong knowledge in warehousing management: in/out procedure, product code/IMEI/serial control, barcode technology such as: EAN, Code39, Code 128... - Accounting: basic accounting on debt of customer and supplier; debt opening, receive & issue payment procedure, cost calculation. - CRM: basic customer management such as how to save customer information, tracking contact history, sending promotion information; making VIP customers policy, etc.
