Experience : Three years as Soft Skills Trainer Three years as English Teacher in the Maldives Four years as English Lecturer Technical Skills : Familiar with M.S Word & Excel I have been teaching Soft Skills for MBA students at ICFAI National College, Tirupati & Hyderabad since 2004. My job involves lectures and moulding the career of budding managers by conducting mock interviews, group discussion, role plays and management games as well. My acquaintance with Business Vocabulary has not only widened my mental horizons but also made my job stimulating and challenging. I have also trained Management students in Phonetics. Since business has become international and life competitive, I have realized the importance of upgrading my skills and qualifications. I completed Post Graduate Diploma in Creative Teaching in 2007. My quest for knowledge has made me a continuous learner. At present I am pursuing Diploma in Training and Development and Soft Skills Trainer Certification as well. I am adaptable. I realized it when I was working in the Maldives. It was not easy to adjust to an alien country in the beginning, but in course of time I got adopted due to my perseverance and support from my colleagues.
