Health and Wellness Media provides writing, outreach and graphics services for various clients in the industries of health and wellness. My most valued account is the Aligned and Well DVD series, for whom I produce all written and printed graphic material, and e-newsletters. As for me, Michael Curran, I have a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Psychology and Communications; a post-graduate certification as an Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner, and am certified as a Restorative Exercise Specialist-Certified Personal Trainer. Additionally: I taught Business English in Japan for two years. studied Yoga in India, Thai massage in Thailand, and have trained in various forms of meditation, most consistently Vipassana.
