A very bad experience. A big lier and cheater I ever came across. Made us to release 2 milestones but never delivered even single line of code. He has purchased a bag full of excuses, which he throws at you when you ask for status of project. Wasted 4 month of us. On asking the development of the project, he used to say he is stuck in implementation of a step which was normal for any developer. I really doubt on his abilities. A very unprofessional freelancer you'll ever come across. Beware of him if you value your time and money.
