Reward system magento

For this project for all products customer can get discounts which will be set from admin panel , and customer also refer a another customer and having own referral link so customer can post their links on blog or any other and then if another customer purchase from that link then his friend will get discount. customer also get points when signup for newsletter, and also spend points for purchasing the products.
