I have over a thousand hours of transcription work here in Upwork. Some of the transcriptions I have done transcriptions are from audio, from video and even from slide shows. They are from various sources like phone and video interviews, Periscope, Skype recorded calls, podcasts, focus group discussions, seminars, sermons, retreats, teleconferences and radio shows to name a few. I have good English speaking skills since I go to an American School, Silliman University and have worked as a chemistry college instructor. I also have great listening skills since I had experience working as a phone a customer service representative for a US insurance company. I have very good MS office skills. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest my score would be about 9. For an hour of audio I can transcribe it in about 6 to 8 hours depending on the number of speakers and the quality of the audio file. My turnaround time for an hour of audio is usually 24 hours. I use escribe as my transcription software. My typing speed is 70 wpm.
