I am a no-nonsense developer who knows what he can and can't. Before I bid on a project I'll first look critically whether the project matches my experience, knowledge or capacity. That is why every bid of mine must be considered as a serious offer in which I can really provide added value. I will not make a bid on projects where I cannot guarantee this. Also, communication is for me and for the success of the project very important, so I always ask you a lot of questions in order to determine the scope well. For most software projects I will use Agile development methods using VSTS to keep the lines as short as possible and to have a good overview of the project and progress for both of us.
