Hawk rocks. The project I originally hired him for blossomed into a project 20x bigger and more complex than I led him to believe. He was way underpaid for what was done and how long it took and the seemingly endless amount of persistent problems that existed before he joined the project. Despite this he never complained, and almost always kept a flawless work ethic on the project. Im far from the easiest person to work for, I demand top tier performance and insist those who work for me are my machine to control and dictate in everyway shape and form for so long as theyre under contract, my third and fourth hands. Hawk's a machine, I have alot of respect for him toughing out the project and doing what others could not. He won't leave you hanging on a project no matter how tough the going gets, and thats an admirable attribute. There was little he could not do that I asked of him, hes the real deal and I hope he makes lots of money here. Thanks Hawk!
